On January 5 Georgia will hold two Senatorial run-off elections.  The outcome of these will determine who controls the Senate.  We need to be sure Mitch doesn't have veto power over the progressive agenda we worked so hard to achieve.  The Georgia race will probably be the most expensive in history.  Here are some ways you can get involved.

WashCo Dems has posted a great review of what is happening and how to get involved.

from Fair Fight - Stacey Abrams’ organization
  • If you want to help win the January 5 runoffs and take back the Senate, here’s how...
  • Donate whatever you can to Jon Ossoff, Reverend Warnock, and Fair Fight all at once: GASenate.com
  • Volunteer for Fair Fight from where you are: https://www.mobilize.us/fairfight/. If you want to help from out of state, wonderful! In fact, we are asking you to help from home.
  • Encourage Georgia voters to request their mail ballot: https://ballotrequest.sos.ga.gov/

Want to donate?  Here is a list of organizations that are working for both a fair election and a Georgia victory. It includes information for both sides.  The Democratic candidates are Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff.

ActBlue has a fund that splits your donation between the two candidates. Donate here.

Flip the West has temporarily halted signing up to send postcards because they are swamped by requests - but they are sponsoring phone and text banks.  You can sign up here.

The Georgia Postcard Project is gearing up to send postcards to Georgia from around the country.  Get on their mailing list to participate

Personal outreach - if you know anyone in Georgia, reach out to them both to urge them to vote for a senate majority and to get involved.  Local is always most effective.
